Tata Sierra EV : Tata Motors has disrupted the premium electric mobility space by launching the all-new Sierra EV at an aggressive starting ex-showroom price of ₹18.79 lakh. Dealerships are already logging massive inquiries for the revived legacy badge.

The top-spec variant houses a massive 75 kWh battery pack that clocks an impressive MIDC-certified range of 665 kilometers on a single charge. Buyers looking for standard city commutes can opt for the highly capable 63 kWh battery alternative.

Both Rear-Wheel Drive (RWD) and All-Wheel Drive (AWD) configurations are available across the lineup to tackle varied terrain. Fast DC charging infrastructure support ensures the heavy battery pack replenishes rapidly during long highway transits.

Showroom floors will witness intense rivalry as this new electric SUV goes straight up against the Hyundai Creta Electric, Mahindra BE 6, MG ZS EV, and the BYD Atto 3. The aggressive pricing directly targets several established foreign competitors operating in the same bracket.

A comprehensive Level-2 ADAS suite heavily fortifies the vehicle structure alongside multiple standard airbags and Electronic Stability Control. The active safety net includes a crisp 360-degree camera, an electronic parking brake, front and rear parking sensors, and a real-time Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS).

The cabin drops traditional physical dials entirely in favor of a massive triple-screen setup dominating the front dashboard area. Tech offerings feature a high-definition digital instrument cluster, a central touchscreen infotainment unit, wireless Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto integration.

Long journeys remain highly comfortable utilizing the newly designed ventilated front seats and a massive panoramic sunroof overhead. The interior space features premium multi-color ambient lighting, a high-end sound system, wireless charging pads, and heavily extended legroom with large boot space for family luggage.

Designers completely overhauled the exterior shell while retaining the signature imposing stance of the original legacy model. The front fascia utilizes a sleek closed grille design paired with a full-width LED DRL light bar and sharp LED headlamps.

Flush door handles and oversized alloy wheels give the side profile a highly aggressive road presence. The completely redesigned rear profile seamlessly blends modern electric vehicle aesthetics with rugged utility characteristics.
