The special thing about Gobi Manchurian is that it gets ready very quickly. To make it, first take flour in a plate, about half a kilo.

Now add one teaspoon of red chili powder to it and add salt according to taste. Now add water to it and prepare its paste.

Then take Gobi and cut it into small pieces. Now dip it in the paste and fry it in oil and take it out in a plate.

After this, take a pan and then add a chopped onion to it in small pieces. Fry 5-6 finely chopped garlic cloves and 3-4 green chillies and add one spoon of sauce and one spoon of red tomato sauce.

Then add one spoon of chili sauce and fry. After this, add two chopped capsicum and add salt according to taste.

Then add some water and let it cook, after cooking for a while, add one spoon of cream. Then keep frying it well.

Now add fried Gobi to it. Here you go, hot Gobi Manchurian is ready.

Serve it in a plate, add some finely chopped coriander leaves on top and eat it hot.

Serve it in fried rice and eat it with noodles.
