Weather Update : The cyclone storm is now increasing people’s worries. Given the cyclone crisis, schools in many districts have been closed.

Apart from this, about 150 trains have been cancelled. Fishermen are also being appealed not to go to the sea areas.

Apart from this, the temperature level is now falling rapidly in Uttarakhand and Western UP, so people feel cold in the morning and evening.

It will likely turn into a cyclonic storm while moving towards the west-northwest on October 23.

A yellow alert has been issued given heavy rains in many states, including Odisha, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Kerala, Karnataka, Gangetic West Bengal, Nagaland.

Heavy rain warning in these states

According to IMD, there may be heavy rain in Odisha from October 23 to October 26.

During this period, light rain is expected in Gangetic West Bengal, and heavy rain is expected on October 24 and 25.

Apart from this, an alert was issued regarding heavy rain at some places on October 24. Heavy rain is expected on October 25.

According to the Meteorological Department, light to heavy rains can be seen in Tamil Nadu, Mahe, Kerala, Puducherry, Karaikal and Karnataka for the next three days.

Heavy rains may also occur in Yanam and coastal Andhra Pradesh on October 25.

According to the Meteorological Department, light rain with thunder is expected in some places in Tripura, Meghalaya, Manipur, Assam, Mizoram, and Nagaland for the next four days.

Also, heavy rains can be seen in Arunachal Pradesh on October 23 and October 25.

Schools and colleges closed

Due to the cyclonic storm, many districts’ schools, colleges, and offices have been closed.

Amid the possibility of cyclone Dana becoming severe, South Eastern Railway has issued an order to cancel about 150 express and passenger trains from 23rd to 25th.
