  • Dry red chilli: 5
  • Whole coriander: 1/4 cup
  • Cloves: 6
  • Cumin seeds: 2 tablespoons
  • Fennel seeds: 1/5 teaspoon
  • Big cardamom: 4
  • Cinnamon: 2
  • Turmeric: 1 tablespoon
  • Dry mango powder: 1 tablespoon
  • Red chilli: 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper: 1 tablespoon

Know how to prepare Pav Bhaji masala

First, put the pan on a low flame and fry the dry chilli. Keep in mind that the seeds have to be removed.

Now, take another pan and put whole coriander, cloves, cumin seeds, one and a half teaspoons of fennel seeds, and big cardamom.

Break the cinnamon and roast them on low flame. After this, blend all these spices in the blender.

Now, make a powder and pulse dry mango powder, red chilli powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, and black.

Here you go; the dry masala for pav bhaji is ready. If you use this while making the bhaji, it becomes so tasty that you will keep eating it once you eat it.
