Dal Kachori; will need these ingredients

  • Moong dal: half cup
  • Flour cup: one and a half cup
  • Ghee: three to four tablespoons
  • Cumin seeds: one tablespoon
  • Turmeric powder: half teaspoon
  • Garam masala: half teaspoon
  • Ginger powder: half teaspoon
  • Red chilli powder: half teaspoon
  • Oil: for frying
  • Green chilli: two to three
  • Salt: according to taste

Method of making Dal Kachori

First, make Dal Kachori, put flour in a big bowl, add a little salt for taste, add a spoonful of ghee, and mix it well.

After this, gradually add water, then knead the dough. Just keep in mind that the dough should be soft.

Now apply oil to the flour, wrapp it in a cloth,, and leave it for about half an hour. Also, soak the moong dal and leave it for about an hour.

After the stipulated time, add the moong dal to the mixture and prepare a thick paste. Now, take out this paste and keep it aside in a vessel.

Now you have to take a pan and put two tablespoons of ghee in it, then let it heat on low flame.

When the ghee is hot, add fennel, cumin and fennel and fry it well.

When all these things are fried, add turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli, dry mango powder and salt according to taste.

When the spices are fried well, add gram flour and fry it well. Now fry the ground moong dal mixture well for 5 minutes.

The stuffing of moong dal is ready. Now, take the flour dough and prepare its dough. Take a dough and make it like a round ball.

Now, make it deep in the middle with the help of the thumb, and then fill the stuffing in it. Now, prepare all the kachoris in this manner.

Heat the oil in a pan and let these kachoris fry for 10-15 minutes. They do it very well. Here, the dal kachori is ready.
