Kolkata and other districts of South Bengal have recorded continuous rain since late Thursday night.

Meanwhile, due to the impact of Cyclone Dana in Jharkhand, light rain has been observed in West Singhbhum, Saraikela-Kharsawan and East Singhbhum districts of Kolhan.

The IMD has also issued an “Orange Alert” for the Kolhan region, due to which schools in these districts were closed on October 25 for safety.

Heavy rain forecast in Kerala

Due to cyclonic activity in the Arabian Sea, the IMD has issued an “Orange Alert” for many districts of Kerala.

Ernakulam, Thrissur, Palakkad, Malappuram, Kozhikode and Wayanad districts may witness hefty rains till October 27.

Moderate rains accompanied by lightning and strong winds may also affect other parts of the state.

The weather of UP and Bihar

According to the Meteorological Department, the weather in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar will be transparent.

There is no chance of rain at present. The mood of the weather in Uttar Pradesh is changing now and then.

Sometimes, people feel the sunshine, and sometimes, they think it is mildly cold. The Meteorological Department has predicted rain in eastern UP.

Light rain can be seen on Sundays in some places in eastern UP. The weather will remain dry in western UP.

Light rain can be seen in many districts, including Banda, Chitrakoot, Prayagraj, Kaushambi, Pratapgarh, Jaunpur, Mirzapur, Varanasi, Ghazipur, Azamgarh.

According to the Meteorological Department, after October 28, the weather will be transparent in eastern and western UP from Dhanteras.

According to the Meteorological Department, the weather will be transparent in both parts of UP on October 29, 30 and 31.
